At Axminster Job Club, we have volunteers with decades of experience that can help you to write a great CV whether you are looking to start from scratch or just knock the rough edges off. Either bring your own tech or you can use one of our laptops.

4 BUDGETING

At Axminster Job Club we work with Christians Against Poverty to provide access to income support and tools to help you manage your finances and budget better.

2 CITIZENS ADVICE

We are very proud of our relationship with Citizens Advice East Devon which stretches back 12 years and allows us to offer face-to-face appointments for free, independent and conﬁdential advice. You can book ahead on the Citizens Advice website or just pop-in to Axminster Job Club.

5 JOB SEARCH

Each week we pull together as many jobs as we can find both from the internet as well as our own connections with local businesses. We also often get a first look at some of the new opportunities that come through the job centre.

3 TECH SUPPORT

We have partnered up with Lawson Computer Repair to offer basic tech support and tuition. If you have any niggles with your tech, or questions about how to access things online we would love to see if we can help. Either bring your own tech or you can use one of our laptops.

6 BENEFITS

We can support you to access the right benefits and, with the help of our in-house Citizens Advice advisor, we can deal with any queries that you might have about things like Universal Credit and PIP.
